The privacy and security of your Personal Information are of paramount importance to Hanami. We have put in place an extensive privacy policy, in compliance with the applicable laws in Belgium.

In this respect, Hanami deploys a range of measures to guarantee such protection of the personal data and information that we process. This Privacy Policy applies to the relationship between Hanami and the User. Hanami undertakes to process, store and use the User’s Personal Data by this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Privacy Act.

  • You have the right to request the deletion of inaccurate or irrelevant data. We may only delete data to the extent that we are not obliged to keep it up to date.
  • You have the right to request us, free of charge, to delete all your Data collected, stored and processed by us, without undue delay. Deletion is primarily related to visibility, so deleted Personal Data may remain in temporary storage. However, Hanami will take all reasonable steps to erase all Personal Data to the fullest extent possible.
