In this respect, Hanami deploys a range of measures to guarantee such protection of the personal data and information that we process. We do this by the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy (as amended by the law of 11 December 1998) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG = GDPR).

The User accepts that such linked content or services may have their privacy policies for which Hanami cannot be held responsible. Hanami does not review or endorse in any way the privacy practices of such Third Parties.

2.1 Information you provide directly to us

This is particularly the case when you fill in forms, studies or surveys, when you contact us – whether by telephone, email or any other means of communication – or when you inform us of a problem. This information includes your name, email address, postal address, telephone and mobile number, company and position.

During each of your visits, we may collect, by applicable legislation and with your consent, where applicable, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of Internet browsers used, types and versions of your browser plugins, operating systems and platforms, data about your visit to our website, including your visit to different URLs on our website, the content you access or view, search terms used, download errors, the length of time you spend viewing certain pages, your device’s advertising ID, interactions with the page, and any telephone number you use to contact us.

By applicable law and with your consent where required, we may use the data you provide to us on our site for marketing purposes (for example, to send you our newsletters, invitations to our events or other communications that may be of interest to you)

If you wish to have access to your file or request a correction, please contact us in writing.
Each user may object at any time to the processing of his or her data by Hanami, in particular when the processing is carried out for reasons of legitimate interest.
- You have the right to obtain correction, deletion or inaccuracy of your data if such personal data is incomplete, incorrect or processed unlawfully.
- You have the right to request the deletion of inaccurate or irrelevant data. We may only delete data to the extent that we are not obliged to keep it up to date.
- You have the right to request us, free of charge, to delete all your Data collected, stored and processed by us, without undue delay. Deletion is primarily related to visibility, so deleted Personal Data may remain in temporary storage. However, Hanami will take all reasonable steps to erase all Personal Data to the fullest extent possible.
